I did my standard $40 renewal in mid October '09. I am currently sticking with v3 and will wait until October or so and see how v4 progresses before making a decision. If I end up going with v4 I will probably just buy a new license so that I can still use my v3 elsewhere.
I fully understand the new license structure but my question is about current ticket support. I am having a problem with a closed off test install of vB4. My thread in v4 Installs/Upgrades forum has gone ignored for a couple of days. Do I have full ticket support until Oct '10 since my current license is active until then?
