If I add a new article there is no space between sections and home....

For the spacing issue, play with your stylevars for margins:
- vbcms_widget_margin > set Left to 10. Save.
- vbcms_navwidget_margin > set Right to 10. Save.
Check your vBulletin CMS > Permissions for the section and make sure unregsitered users can only read.

Without a link to your site, I can't be sure what to suggest. I have this in my CSS notes and it may work:
HTML Code:/* 4.0.3 vertical spacing between widgets */ .cms_widget {margin-bottom: 10px;}
