The navigation widget display all sections, and when inside a section it expands the sub-sections of it but still shows all the sections. Is there a way to, when inside a section, just get the links to its sub-sections?

By accident I deleted the sub-channel display widget in tabbed container module in stead of dragging it out while working in edit page and I can't find it to put it back, it's completely disappeared....
