My forum has a fixed with. It's aligned to the left, how can I center it?

If I recall, just set the right and left doc_margins to auto.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I should have researched a bit more... found the solution

1)set doc_width and doc_maxwidth same value , this is your custom width of forum
        2)doc_magin:
Use the 'top' value for all sides :Yes
        Top:auto

            Thanks this fixed it!

Only the doc width and max docwidth don't have to be the same value.

              doc_margin

              Right - auto
              Left - auto

              Nothing more.

doc_margins is a stylevar - styles & templates > style manager > find your style > stylevars from the dropdown

I've done as above to center my forum, but when opening via internet explorer, if the window gets resized, some objects center, others remain in their original position
until you refresh the page, or click a link..

Its fine in Chrome. Is anybody else having this issue ?

I found that you have to set all values to Auto for this to work. So the option to set all values the same as top works as long as you put "auto" in the top field.

                            Hope that helps!
