When I upgraded to vb 4.0.0 i never got all the widgets, which seems kind of odd to me but not surprising!! Can anyone out there provide me the code and which template to use for this widget?? Thanks in advance!

There is no default tag cloud widget. There is a tag cloud block to display on the forum home - is the block what you are talking about? It should be available in admincp > forums & mods > forum blocks > add the blocks you want

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Also, how do I get a tag cloud on the whole vb4; home, content, forum, blog etc.? I have searched and searched this vb4 forums for couple of days now reading everything everything I can find on tag clouds but I am only finding this one post that actually tells you how to enable it, but mine is not working and I know I must be missing something.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.Comment

The tag cloud only shows on the tags page and on the search page (if you turn that on). If you want a tag cloud on other pages, I believe you would need a mod for it.

I'm not certain what you mean by a "tag cloud widget", but the general search widget can search by tags. I'm uncomfortable when users use a name like this. I know you know exactly what you mean, but when I use the words it probably means something different to me.Please- I'm not tech support. lol I didn't named it ^^'
If it is possible to use it in the sidebar, would have been ideal to have it also in the CMS... that's why it seems the forums are totally apart from the CMS. Little details, probably, but makes you think they are two programs patched together.Comment

Edwin, go to this page - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/tags.php and look at the top box called the Tag Cloud. That is what we are talking about. There are several modifications on vb.org to add that Tag Cloud to other pages - forum home, forumdisplay... it's a pretty popular little box.Please- I'm not tech support.
