image upload problem

    [Forum] image upload problem

    when i upload an image from URL. I receive this message :

    "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file "

    what is the problem ? anyone help ?

      What does it say?
      while(true){
      if(      $someone->needsHelp() && $i->canHelp()) $post->help();
      if(      $i->findBug()) $post->bug();
      }

          no errors ..

          how can i set upload tmp dir ?
          where it must be?

                  I enabled GD image from image settings.
                  also enabled safe mode on Server Settings and Optimization Options ..

                  Now i can add image from url.

                  1.But the option it called from computer is not working. Select Files button is doing nothing.
                  2.And when i am using imagemagick 6 this error occuring :

                  " image info failed

                  <PRE> sh:/public_html/resimler/identfy no such file or directory"

                  what does it mean ?
