[Forum] Is it me or do posts vanish for 1 hour?

I can't see my own post that I just made.

I have the same issue mate, it as if search doesnt index my posts or threads for quite some time. Also makes me feel as if my stuff was banned/moved/deleted

And if you look at who is online in a forum, there you only see 1 or 2.

I thought I was having a flashback from the 70s
So this is a problem in 4.0.0, not just this forum?

But now it looks like everything is in sync.

Edit: Is this noted in the bug tracker?
This seems to be a show stopper if I ever did see one.

If you're talking about this forum, then we've established, users, that there's an issue with either the connection between master and slave (replication) MySQL servers, or the Slave is just lagging. Looks to me like the slave was lagging.

Many of us posting here are not uneducated users.....

This has shown on my board since day one and I am so bogged with errors I have not had a chance to address this.

The problems being experienced at the beginning of this thread were down to technical issues with our own server setup and some replication issues. These are not due to the vBulletin software.

We are aware of this.

Any word on getting the bug fixed that the member in Post 2 and Post 3 had? I have the same problem in that searching in the UserCP - the Find All Post option does not bring up ALL my posts.

This has been reported as a bug several times:
