[Forum] Cannot "Manage Attachments"

I am on a Mac and cannot get Manage Attachments to work on the vbulletin.com/forum/ forums or my own forums or any other site running vBulletin version 4... I click manage attachment and the new window opens I click "Add Files" and a box opens I click "Select Files" and then a directory browsing window appears and I go and select the file I want to upload and it adds it to the list of files waiting to be uploaded but when I click "Upload Files" just takes me back to the computer directory browsing window to choose a file and if I select the same file just adds it again to the pending upload list...

I have tried this from FireFox, Safari, Chrome doesn't work on any of them only way I can get files to upload is to bootup Parallels Desktop load Windows open IE 8 and use Internet Explorer 8 then when I hit the "Upload Files" button it actually uploads the files...
