[CMS] Clean install of VB4 Gold - Save users of BETA?

I want to do a clean install of VB4 Gold, but i want to keep my current users from the BETA VB4 i have installed. How could i do that?

Everytime i upgrade my forum messes up in some form. So i want to do a clean (fresh, new) install and move my members over to the new database.

You should just upgrade.

More information please. Why? Is it possible to just move my members over to the new db?

I suspect what messes up are mods and hacks.
Save your files and database as a backup and just do the upgrade.

I would disable your hooks via your config file and turn off all plugins prior to the upgrade.

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); 

I removed all of my vB3 mods.

I did a clean install for BETA VB4. I only have 1 mod installed (seperate sticky, regular threads). everytime i upgraded my style would go back to default in some areas. I dont want to keep doing that over and over again.

Plus i still have some issues from installing the first public beta of VB4. (catagories that dont exist, etc...)

Because we support upgrading, we don't support anything else.

Why don't you download the style you use on BETA VB4 and upgrade your forum, then upload the style to VB4 GOLD!
