Internal Server Error help me

i face this problem after just extract upload file then upgrade page not open also web not open this massage showing. i was tryng to upgrade from 3.8.11 to 4.2.5

This is a generic error and usually shown due to a PHP error. You will need to provide the error out of your PHP Error Log file. If you don't know where your PHP Error Log file is stored, you will need to ask your hosting provider.
