Upgrading from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 - seems stuck on Step 7

Upgrade has been on Step 7 - Updating contenttype table - for a long time (almost an hour). Is this normal?

I reloaded the page, restarted the upgrade and it continued. Just FYI if this happens to anyone else.

This happens on occasion. Usually a late response from the server.

Depends on the host. With most hosting companies the upgrade process goes all the way through without need for interaction, and with others, especially on a shared server, must restart the process a couple of times.
