    3.8.9-4.2.5 Upgrade Time Estimate

I have a forum with the following stats: Threads: 1,291,566, Posts: 19,532,143, Members: 292,095

I'm currently running vBulletin 3.8.9 and obviously need to upgrade. I'm not a fan of vB5 at all so I'd be looking at vB4

How long would an upgrade with those numbers take and what's the likelihood of problems?

    Thanks!
