    4.2.3 to 4.2.5 Upgrade seemed to go smooth BUT - Forum is blank

    I just completed the upgrade from 4.2.3 to 4.2.5 I disabled ALL 3rd party plug-ins before the upgrade. The only small issue I had at the beginning was I had a few files I missed uploading the first time, so I got the "wrong version: error. Once I uploaded the correct versions and ran upgrade again, all went smooth and I went right into the Admin CP with no problems. I saw a notice that said I should rebuild the search index, so I did that also. However, now when I try to go to the forum home page it is a blank white page! Help!

    PS: PHP version is 5.6.34
    MSQL is 5.6.38

          Thank you! I looked in the error logs and say I was getting an error that the function for mbstring library was missing. I had my server folks install that last night and so far so good.
