Hi
- Backup everything (files and database)
- go to http://members.vbulletin.com/ and download the desired version
- Extract zip file on your server
- Go to upload folder and move/cute all of its contents to your forum directory
- Now go to your forum directory, "includes" folder
- Rename "config.php" to "old-config.php", and again rename "config.php.new" to "config.php"
- Open both old-config.php and config.php via your file manager editor
- Fill your database credentials in config.php (the old ones are in old-config.php that you can see them)
- Now run upgrade script via http://yoursite.com/install/upgrade.php
- After that if everything's fine, delete "install" folder
