You're php.ini doesn't appear to load the mysqli.so (linux) or mysqli.dll (windows) from the ext directory. All those settings mean nothing if the actual library isn't loaded.

If you can't configure your server, you should make sure you're using a managed hosting package and not an unmanaged VPS. Your hosting provider needs to help you with this functionality. They should be the ones to provide the tutorial. It is server configuration and while vBulletin uses this functionality it is outside the scope of support we provide.

It was not so complicated when only mysql was used, now with mysqli it seems a mystery to activate it in apache 4.

I send ticket to cpanel to help.

From what I understand I have to connect to a program type shh to enter a few commands to activate the option. Mysqland I have it active but I have to execute commands. I do not know what program to do this

You can use PuTTy to connect via SSH and run command lines but make sure you know exactly what you are doing.

                Thankyou.
Now have this error, I ree upload files:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/deinternet/public_html/includes/functions.php on line 6094

I still have not executed anything in commands.

The cpanel helped me a lot, and confirmed that mysqli is working.

What do I do, install putty and execute?

You functions.php file looks to be corrupted, re-upload a fresh copy (re-download the files from the members area first).

You need to speak to whoever manages your server. This isn't something vBulletin can resolve.

Ok. Thankyou for the support. I'll try my best to install it or move to another server.
