Upgrade error from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5

The upgrade from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 did not seem to complete. When I create a new thread now, I do get this error message:

Thats a problem with a modification (vb shout), so not something that anyone here can really help with.

You need to seek support form the mod developer, or the mods release thread on vbulletin.org.
