Changelog for 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 Beta (3)?

I'm looking for some information about changes in 4.2.4 and 4.2.5 Beta.

So far i am unable to find any changelogs. Can't find them online nor in the download packages.

vBulletin 4.2.5 provides compatibility with PHP 7.0 and 7.1.

All links that I have been able to find so far to any change logs are bad url's.

Does anyone have the link to the change log for the last few vb4 releases so we may look to see if it is worthwhile to go to any of the last few minor releases?
