I am trying to install a fresh copy of vB 4.2.3 Suite and it hangs at

I had this problem before when doing an upgrade, but refreshing the page pushed it onto the next step. Refreshing the page here just starts the installation over and repeats the problem.

    Ideas?

I know this has something to do with the php timeout or some other silliness. What do I do?

As I a saif earlier, all refreshing does when doing an install, it starts it all over.

Refreshing the page IS NOT a solution.

Change the URL from install.php to upgrade.php, and use that. It will stop starting from the beginning and continue where it left off. The install.php is only different that it creates the initial database. Once those have been created it's the same as using upgrade.php.

At that point, you should be on upgrade.php as that is loaded in the final upgrade script. It should refresh and continue from where it left off.
