My PHP issue comes with upgrading a vBulletin 4 forum I have to the latest 4 series.
Right now, my Windows Server 2003 is on PHP v. 5.2.12 and MySQL 5.0.90-community-nt.
In order to upgrade to the latest version of the 4 series, I need to get PHP to v. 5.4.0 installed and MySQL 4.1.0 (which I am already above - so I am good).
When I recently tried to upgrade to 5.4.45 - it didn't work even to run the most basic of PHP scripts - so I reverted back by restoring a backup of the PHP directory.
Looks like 5.4.0 is still supported and that with 5.5 - PHP.net says Windows XP/2003 are no longer supported.
Is there anyone out there including vBulletin that would have the expertise to do the upgrade of PHP so I can get vBulletin moved from 4.2.2 to 4.2.3
