VB4.2.3 install stops at 2% Installing

Hello everyone, I am trying to install vbulletin 4.2.3 from 0 and i get this problem, which I will share with pictures

Below data indicated my hosting
I have php and msql 5.4 and 5.5.45 cURL

I have tried with PHP 5.3 / 5.4 / and 5.5 With the same results.

I tried to install vb 5.1.9 and working properly, it is curious O.o

Can anyone tell me what else I can do? = (
