New vbulletin 4 installation on new website - cant find /config.php.bkp

    In the manual it says
First you must do is to rename this file from /config.php.bkp to /config.php

I have extracted the vb4 files and I cannot find this file in the upload folder
    What shall I do

Its definitely not there because I have done a search within the vb4 suite folder

It sounds like you are looking at the vB5 installation instructions. In vB4, you want to rename the /includes/config.php.new file to /includes/config.php and then enter the necessary mysql information into that file.
