Is there *not* supposed to be a forum/includes/config.php file included with vB4.2.3? Was looking through the 'upload' folder and didn't see one....
vB4.2.3 no config file to upload?

You shouldn't have to update your config.php on an upgrade. In a new download we name the file config.php.new and it would be in the includes directory. We don't want to overwrite your existing file and break your site.Translations provided by Google.
