    Problem installing version 4.2.3 For the first time

    When I stop in the installation stage and never progresses and when I Login again to update also stops

    Your attached image suggests you are doing an upgrade (install/upgrade.php) but you say you are doing first time install.

    So it should be /install/install.php

      The images are for renovation and also stop in the installation
      Now in the upgrade the new image of the new installation

        Depending on your hosting provider and server setup, you'll have to keep hitting refresh. As an example, if you're using GoDaddy and not on their Deluxe Linux plan or higher, it can take up to an hour to get through that portion of the installer. Longer if you're using one of their Windows servers.

            A minimum of their Deluxe Linux Package. It is the package that is currently starts at $5.99 a month (when you purchase a year at a time) and comes with cPanel.
