Its so awesome, but you don't get anything you would with a reasonable webhost. Even GoDaddy can offer you something 5x better than what you're getting now.

You can always see the changelog in JIRA by going to the project and clicking on the Changelog Tab.

Only reason is that I can think about there being no announcement, ebulletin or changelog posted is because vBulletin 4 is not actually under active development.Translations provided by Google.
