    [Suite] Install Stuck at 92% Status: Processing XML, Step 4 of 9

    Won't Load past 92% for 2 hours now...

    hosting on go daddy with ALL default php settings.

    Refresh the process. (F5 on PC)


    vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

      The installer, to my knowledge, does not allow for this. At this stage of the installation, however, you can use the upgrade script to complete it. Go to http://yoursite/install/upgrade.php in your browser and let it import. Feel free to refresh the page if it stalls for an extended period of time.

        Both install.php and upgrade.php are getting stuck here....

          Go daddy and vBulletin don't realy work with eachother as go daddy does not even allow the minimum requirements vBulletin needs to work properly. My honest opinion: look for another hoster.
          No private support, only PM me when I ask for it. Support in the forums only.

            Will host gator work? I'm not looking to go dedicated yet, if the forum takes off thats a diff story.

              It does,as soon as you enable php 5.3 for your forum's folder.

                      Provided the meet our minimum requirements, you should be fine.
                      Vote for:

                      - Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
                      - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)
