Hello. I have a vbulletin license and want to install a vbulletin forum in another domain, such as test forum. Protected access for htaccess so that nobody else can enter.
But I want to install a test forum in another domain.
Is there a problem?

I know but I have a domain that is not where I would like to use this forum to use for testing. I will not allow access to users. I will protect even access with htaccess. You give me permission? Thank you

As long as the forum isn't accessible to the public you can install it on another domain if you must- but be aware it is of limited testing value when installed on a different domain or server.
