    [Forum] Forum Runner can not be activated

    Hallo,

    For days I try to enable the Forum Runner. The Forum Runner in Admin CP is installed and aktif. When trying on Customer to give the necessary information to do I get this error message:

    We're sorry. Runner does not appear forum to be active on this forum. If you are running vBulletin 4.1.12 or later, please log into your AdminCP and make sure that the product is integrated forum Runner activated. If you are running an earlier version of vBulletin 4, you will need to upgrade to 4.1.12 or later, or you will need to download and install the plugin from http://www.forumrunner.com Forum Runner.
    Go back to the members area.

    PS: I use vb4.2.0

    Make sure you've followed all the steps regarding installation here:

    The first few articles will help you get ForumRunner installed and working incase you might've have made a mistake during prior installation attempts.

        You need to give your vBulletin URL as the URL to forum runner. Http://iphonedestek.org is incorrect. You need the full URL to your installation.

            That is where vBulletin is installed. That should be your Forum URL as specified under Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Us Details. It is what you should use as the location of your vBulletin installation.

                What is the value in your forumrunner/vb_sitekey.php file?

                    Yeah. If you open the file there should be a value in it. Supposed to be unique per site. Something like

                    $mykey = '204irpo849230490re423094823c409lkjri23954';

                    Except only 0-9 and a-f because it is hexadecimal.

                    Do you have a sitekey or is it blank?

                        You have both sitekey.php and vb_sitekey.php? Rename sitekey.php to sitekey.old. Does it work now?

                            Try logging into forumrunner.com and downloading sitekey.php from there. I had a couple of difficulties with the vB packaged version.

                              I've done. I downloaded from the forumrunner.com siteykey.php and uploaded to my server and use it. My problem is that runner forum URL not exists, although it is present. see photos
