[Suite] Fatal Error upgrading from 4.1.12 to 4.2.0

Got this, what does it mean and how to I fix it?

Have you already upgraded to 4.2.0 or did you get it while attempting to?

while attempting to, it's aborted itself so far.

Did you do all of the server work (moving files, etc.) correctly in preparation for the upgrade?

We encountered similar problems, and it was because our owner was tired and forgot some things, including the new folders added in 4.2.0.

Make sure you have uploaded all of the vB 4.2.0 files, overwriting the old versions. This sounds like it is caused by an old version of includes/adminfunctions_plugin.php.
