[Suite] 4.2 Navigation Default Redirect Fix

After upgrading I had extra navigation menu items that I just quickly deleted with out setting a new "default" opps.

I realized that my home page was being redirected to activity but with the default deleted it redirects to forum.php

I just want my CMS homepage back.

So I try to create a Home tab and set as default and I get a SQL error. No default is set, bummer.

I go into my SQL DB and go to "navigation"
then I look for the tab I created and change the "state" to 8

That give me default again and I am able to set and change default pages again with out error.

Now I just want the old CMS homepage back like before what do I need to create to get that back?

as a temp fix I created a "static page" and used that URL as the default tab but that is not getting back the old CMS home page I had.

How to set the default page CMS after the upgrage?

I tried setting the default tab to VbCMS and url at content.php and then I tried content.php{session.sessionurl_q}
None work. content.php{session.sessionurl_q} just redirects in a loop.
