Sorry but shouldn't it be in the same way we upgraded 4.1.10 to 4.1.11? I hope so

No it's not but I run a lot of websites with all kinds of scripts and 4 different forums on different scripts. I cant remember everything.

Upgrading versions is always the same - download the ZIP file from the Members Area and upload all files (except install/install.php and includes/config.php.new) making sure you overwrite all files currently on your server then run the upgrade script.
