[Forum] Premium Mobile Style how to disable register?

Now the 4.1.11 have the Premium Mobile Style, but with this have other concerns like SPAM.

There is any way to disable register new users from Premium Mobile Style?

In the Style normal i already have some rules to protect from SPAM.
