after upgrade, the editor is missing glyphs on buttons

upgraded from 4.0.6 to 4.2.2
no errors during upgrade
But when posting, note behavior in attached shot.
How to fix?

Fixed in support ticket..../editor/sprite.png was missing in the custom style.
