[Forum] New posts, Community links, etc all hidden after 41.10 upgrade

Upgrade went well but the entire row containing New posts, Community links, etc. of the main forum navigation is now hidden. It's in the HTML. Did all of the standard fixes, disabling all plug-ins, all the standard fixes they ask if there's a support issue. This is a permanently crippling issue until support gets back to us. Any ideas? Using a custom fixed width forum. The default VB forum template is fine. If I insert that default into my style, that row is still entirely hidden. Interestingly, just above where the forum starts if you do mouse-overs you can see the links way below where they should be. Any ideas?

Sure, you've got some old stylevars or template code that needs updated or removed. Using the default theme works fine as you say, so, its your custom style that needs some work.
