Can't login after installing patch

FTP access
AdminCP credentials with full permissions

Please put the credentials in the "sensitive data" field of the ticket.

You only get a white screen after logging in? Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true); 

yep, I tried that. Still getting a white screen.

What version of vB4 are you running?

The downloadable patch is only for 4.2.2.

Any earlier version and you 'll need to restore your original files and then patch manually: vBulletin 4.X Manual Patching Instructions
