    vB 4.2.1 -> 4.2.2 stuck at 90%

    Hey all,

    vB 4.2.2 upgrade sticking at 90%. Gets to step 3 of the XML stage. Installation restarted, but freezes at the same location.

    I've basically just ignored the last 10% of the upgrade and gone ahead and put the site back online running 4.2.2 - the site is running fine, but the last 10% of the upgrade was never completed. I believe I had a similar issue upgrading to 4.2.1, but the site had to go through several upgrades at once.

    Anything important in the last 10% that needs to be done? Is there a bad XML file on the site that's stopping the upgrade, or some other error?

    Site is running fine, but I'd like to fully complete the upgrade if possible/fix the error for future versions (hah, as if ).

    Full installation log (running for the second time):

    Try uploading the files and upgrade again.

      Before reuploading files, just refresh the page. It should continue to the next step.

        It already froze twice, but I'll try again later.

        Do the last few steps need to be carried out? What are they?

          Last steps import changes to the languages, the style and settings. They are fairly important to make things work. You can upload tools.php to your AdminCP and load it in a browser window to import these things.
