[Suite] 4.1.7 Upgrade problem

Had several problems trying to upgrade from 4.1.4 to latest 4.1.7, which involved completely re uploading all files to server several times before the upgrade process would work.

Now stuck on "Final Upgrade" step.....keep getting the following error:

No matter what i do, i can't seem to shift this.

As an update, forum is working and showing that i am running 4.1.7 Patch 2?

For safety, can you try re-downloading the ZIP file from the Members Area and re-upload all files (except install/install.php and includes/config.php.new) making sure you overwrite all files currently on your server then re-run the upgrade script.

Does this resolve the problem?
