[Forum] FYI If using memcache and CLI upgrade, flush the cache after upgrade done

We upgraded to 4.1.6 on our new server last Saturday.

All went well, but if you use the CLI upgrade and you have memcache server configured you must flush the memcache after the CLI is complete.

I recommend that this hint be added to the online manual.

I'd recommend flushing the cache after every upgrade.

Makes sense, so maybe put that into the upgrade instructions and manual!
