    [Suite] 500 internal server error

    I just upload "vbulletinsuite_4-2-0_Patch_Level_3_L8144acb"

    But cannot go to website , show me 500 internal server error. I didn't install yet .

      You say you didn't install yet- was VB installed and working before you uploaded the patch? What version were you using?

          the last one , I just download.

          The old one 3.8 is still running same host.

              You uploaded the correct .htaccess file? Please ensure that you disable all modifications in 3.x series before attempting to upgrade and all 4.x files must be present as well before this will function as-intended/expected.
