[Suite] Database erroron upgrade

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from 4.0.7 to 4.1.2 and when i tun the upgrader I get this error:

The error #13 (errno: 13) is a permission problem with your MySQL user. (or potentially the file system user on the root machine)

Would suggest you contact your host or make sure that your MySQL user has the appropriate rights to access that area.

It's purely a MySQL issue and not vBulletin, in this case.
