[Forum] Can any admin upgrade the forum?

Does the admin need to have any specific permissions set?

edit: Obviously I know you need access to the server to upload the files. But I'm talking more about the actual install after everything is uploaded.

edit 2: Actually, to do the updates, do you just need customer ID and password?

You need the Customer Number in order to do the upgrade. So, only admins who know that can actually run the upgrade script.
