    [Suite] From Forum to Suite

    Hi all,
    i've a 3.8.1 forum version and i've just bought the new Suite.
    It's possible to install the suite and only upgrade my forum?

      No. You will need to do a complete upgrade to vB4 Suite.

          Upgrade to the Suite.
          Uninstall the parts you do not want.

          vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

              OK. It's clear. But when i've installed the Suite, then i can upgrade my forum to version 4.1 and connected it with the CMS?

              I write again my question : i want the suite and the forum upgrade, but i don't want lost my forum data. Which step i must follow for this?

                  Make a backup of your forum's files and database.
                  Disable all addons.
                  Upload the 4.1 files,overwriting the old files.
                  Type in your browser http://yoursite.com/forum/install/upgrade.php and click on it.
