Fatal Error installing vbulletin from 3.8.x to 4.1.1

    [Forum] Fatal Error installing vbulletin from 3.8.x to 4.1.1

    Hi,

    I'm trying to upgrade my board from 3.8.x to the most recent one, 4.1.1. However, after uploading all the files as directed, I got an error:

    Fatal error: Class 'vB_Template_Runtime' not found in /hermes/bosweb/web032/b328/ipw.a2rxs/public_html/install/includes/class_upgrade.php on line 940
    I uploaded the "class_upgrade.php file again thinking that I had missed it but it's still giving me the same issue. My board is located as the main website: http://www.example.com/no "forum" folder. and pointed my browser to http://www.example.com/install/upgrade.php but I'm still getting the same issue.

    Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

      You need to reupload ALL 4.1.1 files. One or more is not uploaded.
