Step 15 is just a delete step, to remove unneeded entries in search tables, it should not really give any issues.

What precisely happens ? What is the status message ?

This may be a server time and/or memory limit. To increase your limits edit your includes/config.php file and add these lines right under the <?php line:

ini_set('memory_limit', -1);
ini_set("max_execution_time", "2880");

and if i click QUERY STATUS

If you are having timeout issue, then running this from shell will help. That is the whole point of providing that option.
