[Forum] Upgrading to 4.0 and vbulletin engineers to install?

I understand that the full version of 4.0 has been released this week. We purchased 4.0 during pre sales and are ready to upgrade our forum. I also understand that we paid an additional fee to have vbulletin engineers actually perform the upgrade on our server.

How do we coordinate this to happen?

If you log into the members are (http://members.vbulletin.com) you should see a link to a worksheet which you can complete and submit.

Vote for:

- Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
- Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)
