This is related to the blog as the blog is not installed now.

When I go back to try to reinstall everything I get this error:

Are you upgrading from Forums with Blog to Forums only?

No, upgrading from forums only to suite.

Go into phpMyAdmin and delete the Blog Tables and re-run that step.
