Liz, can you raise a support ticket and provide all the necessary login details in the Sensitive Data field (including SSH details) and one of the team can look at it directly for you.Comment

I had the same problem. Also after having to work around many errors to finally install. What caused this latest chapter was that I still had the linePHP Code:define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Trevor, Let me make sure it's not a server issue first. I found out when installing wordpress on the same vps, that I was throwing 500 errors on it...so let me get with the tech people and have them check the server before I blame vb for this. It may actually be a server issue. I will be back with an answer one way or the other.

Trevor, I did a quick look at all my messages before heading out of here and noticed this one: Post #7 which was under thee post I mentioned in the first post of this thread.
Well, I went back to my install, and fixed ALL the permissions, and it popped right in...it is fixed. Apparently the upload wasn't CMOD'ed correctly.
