[Deadly Stream]

I'm upgrading from version 3.8.4 - When I get to step 6 of finalupgrade.php, I receive the following message

vBulletin CMS may already be installed. Please contact vBulletin support.

I never had this with any of the betas/release candidates. Any ideas?

Maybe you hit one of the NEXT buttons or links before the step was actually finished? I think I ran into something like this. I just re-did the step and all was OK.

(IMO those links / buttons should all be disabled, letting the whole install go on unless an error is found..)
