upgrade to v4 bug

installer seems to have progressed now. i uninstalled all plugins. deleted the htaccess file. also removed the sitemap scheduled task. upgrade process is currently on 'Add post and thread table indexes'.

alright. upgrade went through. 1 big question.

i had removed the vb blog component when i was uninstalling all the products.

installer could not find it so skipped that part.

would i have to go through the update process again (after restoring the backup) to get back the access to the blog content already stored in the database?

Yes? You do not have to uninstall vBlog to upgrade.

alt-s does not work in google chrome for post publish. even tab and enter does not seem to work at all. requires mouse to post content on chrome
