[Suite] Where to find V. 4.0 download?

Hey out there

When I sign into my Members Area, I only see the 3.8.4 patch at the download system - where do I get the 4.0 from or should I wait for the VB team to install it on my server now when I have bought prof. install too?

You should have access to 4.0 without any issues. Make sure you're clicking on the 4.0 download link.

I bought it some days ago for the 235$ discount price on the mainpage.
I really hope it is right, because I have paid allmost 2000 Dkkr (danish kroner) for this company for this 4.0 suite system.

So I really hope that ive bought the right part ????

on the top left mine says the same thing but if you go to the middle where your licenses are actually listed and click on the link for "Download vBulletin Publishing Suite" or "Download vBulletin Forum 4.x" then on next page will say


Latest Stable Version: 4.0.0
Latest Unstable and Unsupported Version: 4.0.0 Release Candidate 4



select the radio button for download latest stable 4.0.0 and there your good to go..

it shows "Latest Version: 3.8.4 Patch Level 1" on the left for everyone

oh thanks! Thats right.. I got it downloaded now..

Maybe the dev. team should edit this now, so it tells people the current version - otherwise some might be confused like me.. Heeh )

But I wont install it - cause I bought the Prof. install, so I will let the team do that..

i have the file that is being offered. but the help documents still refer to 3.x. should i try downloading again in case i did download rc edition?

At the top of your readme file does it say "Copied from vb3 files, needs replaced before Gold"?

If so, then you probably have the right version, they just didn't follow their own instructions and update the readme before putting out the package for download

righto. that's the version i have. still trying to upgrade. facing sql related issues
