Advertising Section in Admincp Missing?

I can't seem to find the Advertising section in AdminCP anywhere. I am running 3.8.11

Am I looking in the wrong area? It always used to have it's own section in the side bar.

vBulletin 4.2.5 has an Ad section in the AdminCP. vBulletin 3.8.11 does not.

Ah ok, thanks for the reply. I must have gotten confused with one of my other sites that runs 4.2.5
